Pacific Clinician Collective (PCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to raising scholarship funds for licensed mental health professionals pursuing advanced training and certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR).Our scholarships help reduce financial barriers to EMDRIA Approved Basic Training and subsequent certification requirements, Brainspotting Practitioner Certification, and training toward Approved DBR Practitioner (DBR-P) status.We fund our mission through charitable fundraising campaigns and revenue generated by continuing education programs and professional development initiatives. Trauma-focused clinical learning network for clinicians across the West Coast.Eligibility: Registered prelicensed associates and fully licensed clinicians under California's BBS, Board of Psychology, or equivalent license boards in Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington.Application & Selection:
- Apply: Contact PCC's office for a scholarship application. Applications are accepted year-round.
- Deadline: Apply by the last calendar day of the month preceding award consideration.
- Selection: Monthly Board review, with final recipients selected by the Executive Director under Board authorization.
- Awards: At least one scholarship awarded monthly.

Maria Rheba Estante is the Founder and Executive Director of Pacific Clinician Collective (PCC), a California-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing access to specialized trauma treatment training through clinician scholarships, continuing education, and professional development.A multi-state licensed behavioral health professional, clinical supervisor, and educator, her work bridges direct clinical practice, advanced therapeutic education, and nonprofit leadership, with a particular commitment to strengthening clinical competence and expanding access to specialized training.She is an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant-in-Training (CIT), with advanced training in Brainspotting (Phases 1, 2, and 5) and foundational training in the Flash Technique. She is a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and a member of EMDRIA, the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), and the Newport Psychoanalytic Institute.Estante holds LMFT licenses in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Virginia, an LPCC license in California, and additional telehealth provider registrations in Florida, South Carolina, and Vermont. She also holds a Diploma of Arts in Pastoral Leadership and has devoted substantial volunteer service to youth prison ministry.Following a decade supporting C-suite executives, Frontera transitioned into real estate in 2013, co-founding The Buzzelli Team (https://www.buypalmbeachcondos.com) with her mother, Becky Buzzelli.
